These terms govern your use of this site and any order you place through it. They are written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

01 / Overview and acceptance

This site is operated by NEOJOY Clothing. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean NEOJOY Clothing; "you" means the visitor or customer. By browsing this site or placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site.

02 / Online store terms

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from this store, and you confirm that you are when you place an order. You agree not to use our products for any unlawful purpose, not to breach any law in your jurisdiction through your use of the site, and not to transmit malicious code or attempt to interfere with the operation of the store. A breach of these terms ends your right to use the site immediately.

03 / General conditions

We may refuse service to anyone, for any lawful reason, at any time. You understand that your content — excluding payment information — may travel unencrypted across networks and be altered to conform to technical requirements, and that payment information is always encrypted in transit. You agree not to reproduce, resell or exploit any part of the site or our designs without our written permission.

04 / Accuracy of information

We work to keep the site accurate, but we are not responsible if material here is not complete or current. Any reliance on it is at your own risk. The site may contain historical information, which is by nature not current, and we are under no obligation to update it. Where a page shows a revision date, use it.

05 / Changes to the service and prices

Prices are subject to change without notice. We may modify or discontinue any part of the store at any time, and we will not be liable to you or a third party for doing so. A price change never applies retroactively to an order we have already accepted.

06 / Products and services

Each shirt is printed after you order it, so there is no stock for a returned item to go back into — change-of-mind returns are not accepted. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item we supply, and to limit sales by person, household or region.

We photograph our garments as accurately as we can, but we cannot guarantee that the colours shown on your screen match the finished garment exactly. Screens vary in calibration, brightness and colour profile, and dye lots on cotton vary slightly between batches. A reasonable variation in shade is not a defect.

Returns, replacements and cancellations are governed by our shipping & returns policy and our cancellation & modification policy, which form part of these terms.

07 / Billing and order information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and contact information for every order, and to update it promptly if it changes, so that we can complete your order and reach you if we need to. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to limit or cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. If we cancel an order we will contact you at the email address given.

08 / Third-party tools

This store runs on the Wix platform, which hosts the site and processes orders and payments, and it uses third-party services for payment processing and delivery. Those tools are provided "as is" and we make no warranty about them. Your use of a third-party tool is at your own discretion and subject to that provider's own terms.

09 / Third-party links

The site may link to material from third parties. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third-party site, and a link is not an endorsement. Complaints about third-party material should go to that third party.

10 / Your submissions and feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, photographs or other material — whether we asked for it or not — you agree that we may use, edit, publish and distribute it without restriction and without any obligation to pay you or keep it confidential. You are responsible for the material you send, and you confirm it is yours to send, is not unlawful, defamatory or infringing, and contains no malicious code. We may monitor or remove submissions but are under no obligation to do so.

11 / Personal information

Personal information submitted through this store is handled under our privacy policy, which explains what we collect, who processes it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

12 / Errors and omissions

Occasionally information on the site may contain a typographical error, inaccuracy or omission relating to a product description, price, availability or delivery time. We reserve the right to correct any error and to change or cancel an order placed on incorrect information, including after the order has been submitted. If we cancel an order for that reason we refund it in full.

13 / Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We do not guarantee that your use of the store will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. The service and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" except where we have expressly stated otherwise, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEOJOY Clothing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or any product, and our total liability in connection with an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case our liability is limited to the greatest extent that law permits. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14 / Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NEOJOY Clothing and its directors, employees and suppliers from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by a third party because you breached these terms or the documents they incorporate, or violated a law or the rights of a third party.

15 / Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, it is severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions stay in full force.

16 / Termination

These terms are effective unless and until terminated by either of us. You may end them by ceasing to use the site. We may end them at any time if we believe you have breached them, and you remain liable for any amount owed up to that date. Obligations incurred before termination survive it.

17 / Entire agreement

These terms, together with the policies published on this site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any earlier agreement or understanding. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. Ambiguity is not to be construed against the drafting party.

18 / Governing law

These terms and any separate agreement by which we supply you are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

19 / Changes to these terms

You can review the current terms at any time on this page. We may update them by posting a revised version here, and the change takes effect on publication. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the revision.
